The objective of the course is to give students some technological as weel theoretical understaning of the process of modeling the human body kinematics. The student will be required to understand and appky basic concepts of kinematics, such as reference frame placement, coordinate transformations, rotations and translations.
Instruments ofr the analysis of human movements: high resolution cameras, froce platforms, and electromyographs.
Analysis of motion signals for the study of human motion.
Application of these techniques to the analyis of neuro-muscolar disorders in the elderly population
The final exam will consists of simple questions on the subjects discussesd in class.
